Kids of all ages loving the Lord :)
Madeline's group performing their dance, she is the second one from the right.
Madeline is on the far right.
Mia's group in Scripture Cheerleading, she is in the back row on the right.
Mia is in the front row on the right with her arms in the air.
This was their favorite song and dance to do...
I worship God with my head, with my hands,
with my heart, with my feet, with my soul!
I worship God with my soul, with my feet,
with my heart, with my hands, with my head.
It had a fun, hip hop rhythm to it... it made you want to jump right up there and join in!
This blow up thing was in the sanctuary on the stage during VBS waving up and down. Of course, the girls loved it!
Throughout the evening, woven in between the performances, we all got to witness the children who were being baptized. Madeline and Mia were two of those children! In their case, this was not the first time for them. However, they both felt led to do this again for different reasons... and who are we to question this or stand in their way? It was such a gift to witness. :)
Our Children's Pastor, Kathi and her husband, Pastor Terry, who is our Worship Pastor. Mia chose Pastor Terry to baptize her. Kathi is asking Mia if she has asked Jesus into her heart... she said YES!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. - John 3:16
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. - 2 Corinthians 5:17
Madeline chose Pastor Gary, our Senior Pastor to baptize her. Again, Kathi is asking Madeline if she has asked Jesus to be the Lord of her life... she said YES!
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. - John 14:6
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them. - Ephesians 2:8-10
