West Coast Beauty

The girls were at church camp for the week. It was about two hours away from us, and all of the parents were invited to come to their performance on the final evening when picking them up. Roy & I had some extra time to get there, so we took the old, country road routes down there. We even had some time to visit the beach... just long enough to snap a few shots, anyway.

Cracker Barrel... you always know what you'll get and how much it will cost ya!

We're almost beachside at the Gulf.

The water was so beautiful...this bridge is bringing us onto Longboat Key.

One of our first stops... to get out and snap a few pictures.

This was really neat to watch as he was preparing to jump on his board and let the wind lead.

The girls would have loved watching this!

It was a beautiful day...

so bright & crisp!

Roy & I enjoying our time together. :)

It was so relaxing there. We could have easily stayed longer, hot temps & all!

This is my favorite! Love the metal roof!
